Built together, then handed over. You supply your logo, business facts, text, images, and legal policies. Pages share an approved site design. Page counts and revision rounds are totals, not additions between tiers. Hours, maps, menus, and contact details are included where relevant and approved by you. Launch includes one enquiry form with up to five fields. The text editor changes existing wording; new pages, layout changes, and integration management are separate.
A larger project starts with a clear brief. Signature starts at $999 with a nine-page reference scope, up to two custom-designed sections, one supported integration, and three revision rounds. Larger page counts, original layouts, extra integrations, and custom development receive an agreed quote. Booking, calendar, newsletter, or advanced-form options use an existing supported service; building a booking engine, customer portal, store, or custom application requires a separate proposal.
Google Business Profile setup guidance is available for eligible businesses; verification and search rankings are not guaranteed. Mailbox connection uses an existing or separately purchased provider. Ordering or reservation links connect to your existing service. We agree on the integration, its features, and any provider charges before work begins.
Domain connection means setup, not purchasing the domain. Your domain, hosting, and service accounts stay in your ownership. Any ongoing vendor costs are disclosed before you commit. Copy polish improves supplied wording; full copywriting, branding, and ongoing edits are separately quoted. No paid work begins until you accept the written scope and price.
Each revision round is one collected set of feedback within the agreed scope. Correcting our mistakes does not use a revision round. Post-launch bug-fix periods are 7 days for Launch, 14 for Presence, and 30 for Signature; they cover faults in delivered work, not new features or content updates.
